Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority
Commodity and Warehousing Storage Building
Hamilton-Oshawa Port Authority (HOPA) fabric building construction was one of many port projects completed in 2020. HOPA's new 40,000-square-foot fabric warehouse was part of an expansion project with Federal Marine Terminal (FMT) and stores a variety of break bulk cargo and dry bulk materials including sugar.
Bulk cargo storage
Completely open floor plans with no interior columns and clear-span access make Britespan's fabric buildings perfect for breakbulk, dry bulk and commodity storage. Easily maneuver vehicles and machinery inside the building.
Extraordinary clearance and cubic storage make our fabric structures ideal for warehousing storage buildings. Our fabric buildings nicely accommodate ready rack storage systems and allow you to store more in a smaller footprint.
Seasonal boat storage
Protect boats and water vehicles in off-seasons and reduce the damage inclement weather can have on your investments. Our fabric covers protect boats and vehicles from harmful UV rays, while airflow and ventilation reduce moisture accummulation inside the building.
Custom Structures | Engineering Ingenuity
When you work with Britespan, you can trust you are working with industry experts. From concept to completion, we design, engineer and manufacture all of our steel trusses and fabric covers in-house. Our technical and engineering team works with leading programs to ensure every building project exceeds our client's expectations while preserving structural integrity. All of our buildings are site-specific engineered and constructed to accommodate local building codes and weather.
Britespan's port buildings and marina storage buildings are perfect to stand up to tough environments. Our fabric covers are non-corrosive and our steel trusses are hot-dip galvanized after all fabrication is complete. This process provides superior corrosion protection when compared to pre-galvanized or powder coating. Contact us today to discuss your port or marina building project.
Your dealer will provide you with a free estimate outlining the costs for your fabric structure, including installation, foundations and accessories. Ask about lease-to-own and financing options.
Start building in as little as six weeks from the time you order. Unlike traditional steel buildings, Britespan's pre-engineered fabric buildings go up faster, saving you time and money.
